Financial Statements

 

1) Trial Balance: It shows the statement related to all debit credit entry in a double accounting entry system.( For a particular time period you can set date range to see the trial balance report for that specific range of time)

Accounts --> Reports --> Financial Statements --> Trial Balance

 

Before viewing any reports the following reporting window format will appear everytime shown below:

2) Balance Sheet: Shows the summarized statement which includes Assets, Liabilities & Equity

Accounts--> Reports--> Financial Statement--> Balance Sheet

 

 

3) Income Statement: Shows the statement of all the revenues & Expenses in a reporting format. Date range can be set up in order to see the report of particular date range


Accounts--> Report --> Financial Statements--> Income Statement

 

 

 

4) Cashflow Statement : Shows all the cashflow related report (Operating, Investing & Financing Activities)
